We offer worldwide shipping. Delivery is free for all orders over $150. For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee is calculated at checkout based on your location.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unworn and unwashed items in their original packaging. Simply use our online portal to generate a prepaid return label.
How should I care for my Sheep Inc. knitwear?
Wool is naturally self-cleaning and odor-resistant. We recommend airing out your garment instead of frequent washing. If needed, hand wash in cold water with a gentle wool detergent and dry flat.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
Yes, we offer a lifetime repair guarantee. If your knitwear develops a snag or a hole through natural wear and tear, we will repair it for free to ensure your garment lasts a lifetime.
