Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your knitwear as much as the sheep that provided the wool, so we offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original, unwashed condition with the NFC tag still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Knits

  Place the items in their original carbon-neutral packaging and ensure the box is securely sealed for transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the package, and drop it off at your nearest collection point.

• 4.
  Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your full refund or ship out your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
